Catherine A. (Muise) Morley

With great sadness, the family of Kay Morley announces her passing on Thursday, April 5, 2018 at the age of 86. Kay was surrounded with love from her family and her beloved dog Charlie. She is survived by her four children: Donna Morley (Ramon Alfonso), Susan Morley (William Levandowski, Jr.), Janet Morley (Roland Cote), and Stephen Morley (Amy). She always said she loved her grandchildren “big time.” They are Ben, Luke, Caroline, Deirdre, and Xavier. Her husband of over 60 years, Richard, predeceased her in 2015. Catherine Agnes Muise was born in 1931 in Cape Breton, Canada. One of five children who stayed close and loving throughout their lives, she is survived by her older sister Mary Brown.

Kay loved people, the beach, music, flowers, and animals. She lived for summer at York Beach and band concerts with her favorite friends both human and canine. She had a passion for entertaining and found joy feeding family and friends.

A Graveside service will be held at the First Parish Cemetery, 180 York St.,  York, ME on Sunday,  April 8th at 1:00 pm.  A Memorial Mass and Celebration of Her Life will take place at 11am on Saturday, June 16th in Star of the Sea Church, Church Street, York Beach, Maine.

Memorial donations may be made to North Shore Animal League.
