Marjorie Ella Conrad

York, Maine - Marjorie Ella Conrad, 83 passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 17, 2018 after a short illness with her loving family by her side. She was born February 11, 1935 in Malden, MA and spent many years in Everett, MA.  

There she worked in the Banking industry.  She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Everett, MA and sang in the choir. 

Her family owned a house in York Beach where she would vacation and spend time with family and friends soaking up the sun and walks on the beach. 

After retiring Marjorie and her father moved to York and she took care of him until his passing. 

Marjorie attended the First Parish Church of York.  She was loving, generous and gave to many charities especially for animals.  The love of her life are two cats Sunshine and Midnight. 

Her infectious smile and personality will be missed. 

Marjorie is predeceased by her mother Ruth (Ted) Crawford Conrad and her father James (Laurie) Conrad.  She is survived by Mark Theriault of Somersworth NH, Janet Ellis of York,ME, Tracey Gogan of Wells, ME, Kirk Theriault of Dayton, Maine; her best friend Patsy McKenna and her close cousin Carol Sparling and many more cousins. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11am in the First Parish Church, 180 York St., York, Maine on Saturday, July 28th.
