Nancy M. Wills Obituary

Kittery, Maine- Nancy M. (Lindgren) Wills, 87, a longtime resident of Lexington, MA, West Newfield, ME and Portland, ME  passed away peacefully Monday,  November 19, 2018 at Sentry Hill.   She was born November 24, 1930 in Newton, MA  daughter of the late  Svante and Olga (Antonsen) Lindgren. 

She graduated from New England Deaconess Hospital School of Nursing in 1952. Later that year she married the love of her life, Frederick J. Wills and they began their adventures of raising a family, later moving to rural small town living and then on to the city of Portland combined with summers in Bar Harbor Maine. With each move she found a home in her church, new friends  and satisfying volunteer jobs.

She deeply loved her family and friends and will be missed.

She leaves behind her daughter Karen E. (James) Gilroy of York, ME; two sons Frederick J. (Joann) Wills Jr. of Londonderry, NH and Steven A. (Angela) of Lyman, ME;  7 grandchildren, Katharine, Andrew, Melissa, Alicia, Frederick, Joshua and Nicholas; 6 great grandchildren Noah, Alex, John, Colton, Brielle and Bryson. 

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm Thursday, December 6th at  St. Georges Episcopal Church, 407 York Street, York Harbor, Maine 03911. Lucas & Eaton York, Maine is assisting with arrangements. Visit www.lucaseatonfuneralhome.com
