CAPE NEDDICK, Maine – Samuel Wilkinson Warner,80, of 50 Logging Road, passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side, on Thursday, Dec. 21, 2017.

He was born in York, Maine on July 9, 1937 to Henry Flint & Mina (Wilkinson) Warner. He grew up on Logging Road with his parents and siblings: Virginia Allen, Henry Warner, June Fernald, William Warner and Linda Flowers.  He was predeceased by siblings Barbara Otto and Lauretta Abbott.

On Aug. 19, 1962 Samuel married Nina (Ferrara) Warner of Boston, Massachusetts. They were happily married for 55 years, living in the home that he built for his family.

Sam was co-owner of Pier II Restaurant in Portsmouth, NH for many years. He also ran his own construction company, Warner Construction Company.
