Cecile A. Burke passed quietly on Monday, September 23, 2024, with her children by her side. Cecile and her husband, Kevin, moved to York in 1975. Together they owned and published Business Digest out of Nashua, New Hampshire. Cecile was highly active throughout her life, even in the week before she passed, doing yoga and strength training. Her ballet talent was recognized as a child, and she danced throughout her adult life. Cecile danced in four consecutive performances in the Nutcracker in Portsmouth, as well as several other ballets. In her final days Cecile was visited by many of her friends and the outpouring of love, admiration, and friendship was heartwarming. We love and miss you, Mum.
