Charles "Chuck" Everett Condon

York, Maine-Charles "Chuck" Everett Condon, 72, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 18, 2025 in the Wentworth-Douglass Hospital after a battle with cancer. He was born March 23, 1953 in Presque Isle, Maine a son of the late Keith and Alice (McHugh) Condon.

His early years growing up were spent on a potato farm with his family. He had worked for Dennis Food and Paper Service Co. in Hampden, ME as a District Manager.

He leaves his Life Partner and  "Sweetie" Kathleen " Kathi" A. Mullin; her daughter Jennifer Mullin   Her daughter’s   partner  Annemarie Swanson. Chuck has 2 living sisters Pamela MacAlinden , Patricia Seitz, Kathy Condon, Deceased. He also leaves many friends and business associates.

He enjoyed golfing , fishing and hunting but most of all he enjoyed  His years with Kathi traveling through Europe, visiting the national parks out west, winters in The Villages Florida . Spending each day with Kathi was the highlight of his final years in retirement. 

All that knew Chuck loved him and his sense of humor. He will be so missed by many friends and family.

Calling hours will be held from 10am to 12pm on Tuesday, June 24th in the Lucas & Eaton Funeral Home, 91 Long Sands Rd., York, Maine with a funeral service to begin at 12pm. Interment will follow in the First Parish Cemetery, York, Maine. Please omit flowers.
