Obituary
York, Maine- Deborah A. Payne, 71 of Old Post Road, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 in the Hyder Family Hospice House, Dover, NH.
She was born July 14, 1950 in York, Maine a daughter of the late Robert and Anne (McAfee) Hodgin. She graduated from York High School class of 1968. She had worked as a Bookkeeper for many years before retiring.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and going to Classic Car Shows. She will be remembered as an avid crafter and painter.
She leaves her husband of 51 years, Dana A. Payne; two daughters Jennifer Emerton and husband David of Barrington, NH and Rebecca "Becky" L. Osgood and husband David of Cape Neddick, ME; a brother Robert Hodgin of Shapleigh, ME; a sister Carol Allen and husband Jerry of York, ME; 3 grandchildren Cassidy, Kendall and Heather; 3 great-grandchildren Jairdon, Emmett and Lily; nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 11am on Wednesday, July 20th in the First Parish Cemetery, 180 York St., York, Maine with a Celebration of Life to follow at Becky's Home, 3 Weares Trace, Cape Neddick, Maine.
