G. Milton Bulloch Obituary

In sadness, we announce the passing of Milton Bulloch, of Kittery, Maine on Wednesday, January 29, 2025. He was the husband of Meg Bulloch (Margaret Fogg Worthing Bulloch). They shared eight wonderful loving years of marriage.  Milton was born in 1945 in Monroe, Louisiana. He was the son of Vera Tingle and Charles Bulloch.

Milton served proudly in the United States Marine Corps from 1963 to 1969, serving in Vietnam and Japan. He graduated from the University of Louisiana at Monroe (at the time known as Northeast Louisiana University) in 1973. Milton was a Certified Public Accountant and served as CFO in several Texas companies and enjoyed his work mostly in the construction business.

He will be remembered for his devotion to his family, country and church, his wonderful sense of humor, his kindness and generosity. He loved to garden and spent many happy hours among his plants and loved sharing the bounty from his garden with family, neighbors, friends and the local food pantry. He loved fishing and in recent years enjoyed his several boats.

He was an active member of First Church of Christ, Scientist in Dover, New Hampshire. He served as Committee on Publication for the state of Maine representing The Mother Church in Boston, Massachusetts, a job that he loved.

He is survived by his loving wife, Meg Bulloch and his first wife, Georgia; his beloved daughter, Charlene Wiegrefe, of Austin, Texas, her husband, Dan, and their four children, twins Maddie and Jackie, Annika and Liam. He will be greatly missed by his much-loved sister, Carolyn Howard, of Monroe, Louisiana. In addition, he is survived by his loving stepdaughters, Ellen Aldrich and Danna Halsey of Dallas, Texas; Lorissa Peters of Bermuda and Elisabeth Johnson of Erie, Colorado; and his step-grandchildren: Kathryn and Grayson; Stephen III, Rachel and Jack; Finn and Isla; and Winnie and Iver.  He is preceded in death by his second wife, Julia of Dallas, Texas.

There will be a private Celebration of Milton’s Life sometime in March.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Footprints Food Pantry at P.O. Box 246, Kittery, ME 03904 or online at <footprintsfoodpantry.org>.
