He was born March 4, 1946 in Boston, MA a son of the late Thomas and L. Wilhelmina (Schneider) Donovan and grew up in Gill, MA.
He served in the United States Army.
He worked as a Bond Trader early in life.
He leaves his wife of 30 years, Pamela J. (Liset) Donovan; a sister-in-law Denise Liset; a niece Amanda Yager and a nephew Ryan Smith.
