Judith Del (Glass) Lang

Lebanon, Maine- On Thursday, April 8th, 2021 surrounded by her family, Judith Del Lang passed away in the comfort of her home. She lived 76 good years. Judy was born on October 5, 1944 in Fort Wayne, Indiana. She grew up in Ossian, Indiana with 7 brothers and sisters. She moved to York Beach, Maine after meeting the love of her life Larry, where they raised their 5 children. 
Judy loved traveling around the country selling goods at craft shows. Through her journeys she visited 48 states in total. She made a name for herself, known fondly among friends and customers as "the soup lady".
Judy is predeceased by her brothers, Rick and Jim, husband, Larry, and grandson, Cherokee. She is survived by her sisters, a brother, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and many wonderful friends.  
Judy will be lovingly remembered for her kindness, perseverance, empathy, stubbornness, unwritten potato salad recipe, and her captivating storytelling. 

A graveside service will be held at 11am on Saturday, April 17th in the First Parish Cemetery, 180 York Street, York, Maine.
