Kristen Nadine Kilchenstein, 38, of Berwick Maine, passed away on May 9th, 2024. She was born in Newburyport, MA on October 30th, 1985. Kristen will live on in our hearts for her great sense of humor, cleverness and incredible resourcefulness.
She was known for her hard work, creativity and love of animals. Kristen had a passion for Equestrian riding both for enjoyment and in competition and was an avid and accomplished skier.
She had an uncanny talent for mechanical skills and could fix anything. Kristen was an amazing chef and creative baker, with a great sense of style and flair that made her beautiful in every way.
Kristen is survived by her husband David Wilson; mother Julia McDonald; father Michael Kilchenstein; stepmother Edith Kilchenstein; brothers Peter and John Kilchenstein; Stepbrothers Charles and Peter Lodi; Stepsisters Louisa Simonds and Juliet Bentley; and grandfather David Kilchenstein. She is preceded in death by her grandmothers Agnes Kilchenstein and Patricia McDonald and her grandfather John McDonald.
A funeral Mass will be held for Kristen at St. Christopher’s Catholic Church, 4 Barrell Lane, York, Maine on Thursday May 16th at 11:00 am.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to NHSPCA.org which was a cause Kristen supported.
Kristen is already dearly missed by all of us who knew her, and we hold her memory dear. She will forever live in our hearts.
