Lorea C. (Olson) Merrill

York, Maine-Lorea C. Merrill, 91 passed away on Saturday, October 14, 2023 with her family by her side. She was born August 15, 1932 in Worcester, MA  a daughter of Charles R. and Alice C. (Carlson) Olson.

She had graduated from North High School and Worcester School of Business. She had worked as an Accountant/Bookkeeper for many years.

She was a member of the Union Congregational Church in York Beach, she was active in the York Senior Center and loved crafts and knitting. She wintered in Myrtle Beach and St. Petersburg, FL.

Her husband of 63 years Howard C. Merrill passed in 2015.  She leaves two sons Gary J. Merrill an his wife Gail of York, Maine and Stephen H. Merrill and his wife Janet of Wells, Maine; a daughter Jodie A. Stephens and her husband Mark of York, Maine; a sister Marolyn Cook; 5 grandchildren Michelle Chambers, Chelsey Drapeau, Gary J. Merrill Jr., Sabrina and Sophia Stephens; 4 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
