York, ME - Nancy Katherine McGuire, 83, born Nancy Katherine Lowney in Boston, MA, passed away
peacefully at home on Tuesday, June 7, 2022, in York, ME.

Nancy McGuire was born to Leo and Elizabeth on September 15, 1938. She married Walter McGuire on
May 9, 1959, at St. Johns in West Roxbury, MA. She was a member of St. Christopher’s Catholic Church
in York, ME. Nancy volunteered for the Little Home for Wanderers when the family lived in Lynnfield,
MA (1973-2005).

Nancy is preceded in death by her sisters Marilyn Norden, Elizabeth Lucchese and brothers Leo Lowney
and Raymond Lowney.

Nancy is survived by her loving husband of 63 years, Walter (Mickey) McGuire; daughters Linda and
Nancy and sons Michael and Walter and nine grandchildren; Mia, Sophie, Olivia, Jack, Harry, Elise,
Elaine, Remy and Marina. She is also survived by her sister Dorothy O’Neill and brother, Richard Lowney
as well as 23 nieces and nephews.

A funeral Mass will be Celebrated at 11am on Monday, June 13th in St. Christopher's Church, 4 Barrell Lane, York Maine with a reception to follow in the Church Hall.
