Onyx M. Redman

Onyx Michael Redman, 2 years old, born September 17, 2020 in Portland, Maine passed away in Kittery, Maine October 10, 2022 in the presence of his mother Morgan Redman and his father Kris Redman.

Onyx's contagious smile and ice blue eyes captured the hearts of many. He was an old soul, with a purpose teach those around him. His friends and family knew him as Onyx The Rugged, rough and strong in character.

Onyx was a gentle boy, who loved animals, his spirit was just like a sloth, relaxed and go with the flow, offering a new perspective and value. Onyx fought a long and hard battle with ATRT, he was diagnosed at just 4 months old and and has endured multiple treatments and surgeries.

Onyx is survived by his parents Morgan and Kris Redman; his brother Jade Redman; grandparents Nancy and Joe Redman and Kelly and Chris Howe, Gail Wilber and Tim Curley; his aunt's Grace Curley, Maderia Redman; uncle's Shawn Curley, TJ Curley, Joseph Howe, Thomas Howe and Jesse Redman; great-grandparents Barbara and Neil Townsend and Ralf and Barbara Curley.
