Cape Neddick, Maine-Patricia M. Freeman, 81 of 2 Libby Lane, passed away on Monday, August 30, 2021 at home with her family by her side.

She was born April 11, 1940 in Wells, Maine a daughter of the late Wade H. and Georgianna (Hilton) Welch.

She leaves her husband of 63 years, Paul W. Freeman; a son Paul W. Freeman Jr. of Cape Neddick, ME; two daughters Sheryl F. Kearns and husband Patrick of North Berwick, ME and Melody J. Taylor of Cape Neddick, ME; a sister Betty Mosher; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews. Several brothers and sisters predeceased her.

She will be remembered for her love of nature, gardening, flowers, cooking, blueberry picking, haying and farming.

She was a member of the Wells Bowling League.

Funeral services and burial will be private in the Freeman Family Cemetery, Cape Neddick, Maine.
