Robert "Bob" St. Pierre Obituary

Robert B. St.Pierre, 72, of 117 Long Sands Rd, York, Maine, formerly of Bow, NH, died peacefully on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Patricia St.Pierre, his wife of 48 years. Born in Attleboro, Massachusetts on June 29,1945. He was the son of the late Arthur and Arreatta (Smith) St. Pierre. He was raised and educated in Attleboro, where he was a 1963 graduate of Attleboro High School. He entered the Air Force in 1963, and later attended Bentley College in Boston. During the early 1970’s Bob moved to NH and resided in Bow, NH, for 43 years with his family.

Bob had been employed as a Salesman and Manager in the food service business for more than 41 years. After many years of working in the food industry, Bob retired and enjoyed working at Aubuchon Hardware in Concord NH. He may have worked at the hardware store for a short period, but he enjoyed this work during his retirement years.   His favorite pastimes included sports, gardening, and working outside. For many years, he enjoyed spending time playing golf at the Concord Country Club with his many good friends. He also enjoyed time spent at the beach in York, Maine with his family. Bob’s joy was spending as much time with his grandchildren as possible. He was the grandfather who went to as many of his grandkids’ sporting events, recitals, school events, gathered for every holiday/birthdays as he could. Most importantly, he was not just a grandfather, but a true friend to each grandchild. He was the Grampy you would visit and play a game of cards, chess, or just relax and watch sports together. In addition to his wife of 48 years, he leaves daughters: Michelle A. Beaulieu of York, and her two children Amber (13) and Nicholas (10) ; Sarah S.Boys and her husband John V. Boys of South Berwick, ME, their two children Porter (7) and Althea (3). His sibling Douglas St. Pierre of Attleboro and many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends. He was the brother of the late Arthur T. St. Pierre, Noel E. St. Pierre, Roland M. H. St. Pierre, Allen St.Pierre and Carole M (St.Pierre) Harris.
