Ronald John Pirini Obituary

Ronald “Ronnie” John Pirini, December 9, 1962 – June 21, 2025, 62, passed away at home after several years of declining health from Frontotemporal Dementia. Born in Portsmouth, NH to Florido and Lucy (Merrithew) Pirini, who both preceded him to heaven.

He was a beloved husband, the best father, grandfather, brother, son, uncle, cousin and friend. He was loved by all who knew him. He was a perfectionist which shined through in all that he did, especially as a Master Finish Carpenter, he loved to cook, he was an avid hunter and loved many activities with the love of his life and family and friends including snowmobiling, fishing, traveling, karaoke and just having a good time. But most of all he loved being a Grampie to Maisy and Charley, an uncle to so many and a smiling face to all his family and friends. There will be many hearts left behind with a hole. We know he will be with us forever and will be watching over us. He is now at peace with his mother, father, other family members and my sister Sandra.

He leaves behind his wife of 25 years Terry Freeman-Pirini of York, sons Joshua Pirini of Kittery, Matthew and Krystal (Putney) Pirini and granddaughters Maisy and Charley of North Berwick, Jonathon and Savannah (Landis) Freeman of York, (like a daughter) Kristen Freeman and her 3 children Owen, Kamdyn and Olivia of Rochester, NH, sister Michele and Victor Gamboa of York, brother Michael and Debbie Pirini of The Villages, FL, sister Susan and Bernie Lontine of York, sister Debby and Brian Boyle of Kittery, sister Donna and Eric LaRoche of Newmarket, NH, sister Tami Pirini of Kittery, twin Richard Pirini of Kittery, sister Lori and Matthew McNally of Kittery and many many nieces and nephews.
