Sidney "Helen" (Steves) Boardman

Sidney H. Boardman passed away on December 18, 2025. She lived a long and meaningful life rooted in faith, family and love. She loved traveling in the family RV, exploring new places, nurturing her gardens, and bringing everyone together for family gatherings. She lived a life of selfish love, always helping others and putting the needs of her family and friends first.

Her faith community meant everything to her; she also treasured her bridge games with friends, and took great pride and running the church parking lot.

She was proceeded in death by her beloved husband, Jim. She is survived by her children, Gary (Kari), Daniel, Patricia (Rik), and Scott. She is also survived by many cherished grandchildren.

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Durgin Pines for your kindness and excellent care you gave our mother. We are truly grateful.

She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, and her memory will live on in our hearts forever.

A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.
