Thomas P. Elias

Attorney Thomas Philip Elias of Cape Neddick, Maine passed away on September 7, 2023. Tom was born in Lowell, Massachusetts on June 15, 1957, to Philip Thomas Elias and Margaret Mary Elias.

He leaves behind his wife, Jo Ann Jordan Elias, and their two sons, Jordan Philip Elias of Berlin, Germany and Berkeley Thomas Elias of Biddeford, Maine.

Tom believed in second chances. With the support of his wife, Jo Ann, he established Elias Law Offices in York, Maine based on this principle. He fought for fairness, justice, and equity. Tom guided and defended those going through life’s darkest times, providing them with light and guidance to see their way through to their second chance. Together they raised two sons, instilling in them the same values.

In addition to being an impeccable attorney and an extraordinary Dad, he was a wonderful husband and a fine man. He was a gentleman.
